Street Lofts offer several services to all residents that include
general maintenance, preventative maintenance, handy-man services
and 24-hour emergency services. Service Requests are accepted at
any time. This form will allow you to submit a general maintenance
service request. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call
281.200.3008 and you will be connected to the Answering Service.
Maintenance
Emergencies consist of:
1. FIRE - Contact the Fire Department or call 911, then contact Management.
2. FLOOD - Due to broken pipes, overflowing appliances or toilet back
up.
3. KITCHEN SINK BACK UP - Does not include a jammed garbage disposal.
4. SEWER LINE BACKS UP.
5. NO ELECTRICITY.
6. NO WATER.
7. NO HEAT - On a day of extreme cold.
8. NO AIR CONDITIONING - On a day of extreme heat.
9. LOCK-OUT - There is a fee of $50.00 for lock-outs after regular office hours.
Please
use the following guidelines to ensure your service request will
be completed correctly. Giving specific details will avoid an
additional phone call to gather information needed to service
you promptly.
- List
your Name, Loft #, Contact # and if you have a pet. The Maintenance
staff will need to know what type of pet you have before entering
your loft.
- Be
Specific. For example, if you have two bathrooms indicate Master
or Guest; if your A/C is not working, is it not Cooling or
is the Fan not blowing; if your sink is dripping, which sink
is it? And is it Leaking under the cabinet or is the Faucet
dripping?
